Through professional training and experience, Alec has learned that most mental and emotional distress comes from, or is agitated by, troublesome life events and interpersonal relationships. In therapy, Alec works with you to create a healing environment where we identify and process and learn to thrive in distressful life events and relationships.
Alec and his wife have five children and two grandchildren. He enjoys traveling, hiking, discovering new, local fare, reading, film and live theater. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian Literature and History from BYU (1995), a Master degree in Education from Southern Utah University (1999) and a Master degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Phoenix (2017).
